Indoor track: winter sessions for all ages, focused on speed, strength, and technique in a climate-controlled setting.
Outdoor track: spring and summer training with sprints, distance, jumps, and throws for youth and adults.
Cross country: fall running program building endurance, teamwork, and skills on varied terrain.
Masters: year-round training and competition for adults seeking fitness or competitive goals.
Youth development: introductory sessions for ages 8-11, building fundamentals and confidence in running, jumping and throwing.
Competitive teams: advanced coaching and meet opportunities for committed athletes at all levels to compete at the provincial, national and international level.
New for 2026* Seasonal clinics: focused workshops on technique, nutrition, and injury prevention throughout the year.
Flexible memberships: seasonal & annual memberships to fit your schedule.
Structured indoor sessions for all ages and skill levels, focused on technique and performance for every event group. Practices take place Tuesday & Thursday from 6:15pm to 7:45pm & Sunday from 11:00-12:30pm at the University of Windsor's Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse.
Develop speed and strength with outdoor training, all ages and skill levels, focused on technique and performance for every event group. Practices take place Monday-Thursday 6:00-8:00pm at the University of Windsor's Alumni Field.
Endurance-focused cross country programs for youth, para and masters athletes.
Practices take place at Malden Park end of Oct - Nov Monday & Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm & Sunday from12:00-1:00pm.
