Practices take place at Malden Park end of Oct - Nov Monday & Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm & Sunday from12:00-1:00pm.
Coach Daniela is a trained Distance coach and has coached many OFSAA medalists in both XC and Track over the years.
RJT offers U12 athletes with multiple exposures to running, jumping and throwing during our indoor seasons. Sessions are lead by current varsity athletes looking to gain coaching experience. Each session focuses on a different event making sure athletes get to experience as many as possible. Safety, skill development and fun are the pillars of our RJT program! RJT Programs run in two sessions. Session 1 OCT-DEC and session 2 JAN-MAR. Practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15pm-7:15pm.
Spring Prep - offers GRADE 2-6 athletes a place to practice and develop their running, jumping and throwing skills. Similar to our RJT program each athlete will experience as many events as possible during our sessions. Safety, skill development and fun are key for our Spring Prep sessions! Sessions will take place on Sundays in the spring. $25/session or $100 for all five! (2026 Dates: May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th, May 24th, May 31st. 2026 | Time: 2:00-4:00pm)
LAUNCH- offers GRADE 7 & 8 athletes a chance to uplevel their event specific skills. Lead by current varsity athletes each practice will be tailored to a couple of events, usually based off of the groups focus. During these sessions our coaches will help work on specific event skill development and encourage growth both on and off the track and field. Launch sessions take place on Tuesday & Thursdays in the spring (2026 Dates: April 21st-May 28th | Time: 5:30-7:30pm *May 23rd & May 28th will be from 7:00-8:30pm*).
