Ella is a current member of the Lancers T&F team as sprint hurdler with previous experience in long jump and the pentathlon. She has helped run the RJT program and Windsor Lancers track and field summer camp for 4 years. She also helped coach Sandwich and Villanova high school jumps groups in 2023.
